Deal paperwork belongs to the agency, not to someone’s inbox. The deal tracker keeps it together, keeps it safe and keeps it for as long as the rules say.
Keep FICA packs, offers, mandates and transfer paperwork on the deal they belong to, not in someone’s inbox.
Keep the agency’s Fidelity Fund Certificate on file and, if you choose, publish a copy on your agency site.
Every upload, view, download, share and delete of a deal document is recorded with who and when. Owners can export it as CSV.
Deal documents are kept for 5 years from upload for record keeping, and cannot be deleted before then.
Private documents are encrypted with keys that belong to your agency, and kept apart from every other agency on the platform.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) per month, before applicable taxes. Annual billing is discounted. Every plan includes credits every month: Starter includes 20 credits every month, paid plans more. Monthly credits are used first and reset each month, so unused ones do not carry over. Credits you buy never expire, on any plan. Need more email sends? Add a monthly email add-on, or buy a one-off pack of 10,000 sends for $12, valid for a year, for an ad-hoc campaign. Listing counts are published listings; drafts and archived listings are never counted.

The Team plan includes 5 agent logins and the Agency plan includes 15. Principals take the owner role and agents the member role, and you can invite or remove people from Team settings at any time.
Yes. An agent can run a personal profile and site on their own account, with your agency named as their affiliation. Affiliation is profile information: it does not move listings between accounts or give either side access to the other.
Import listings from supported links. Each one arrives as a draft in your workspace, with the details and photos mapped for you to check, and nothing is published until someone on your team publishes it.
You choose a data region for private documents and photos when you set up the agency: the United States, the European Union, Asia-Pacific or Oceania. There is no African storage region yet, so South African agencies are stored in the United States by default.
Deal documents are kept for 5 years from upload for FICA record keeping. A document can be hidden from a deal before then, but the file itself is not deleted until the period ends.
The Team plan is $99 USD a month and the Agency plan $249 USD a month, before applicable taxes, with a discount for paying yearly. You can set the agency up free on Starter today, with no card, and move up when you are ready.
